Center for Law and Marriage

Another website is born. I have been incubating the idea of this project for several years—it's time. Development will be slow at first as things ramp up, but I hope that over the summer things will escalate.

The general idea is that this would become a resource for three kinds of people:

• citizens who are ready to rethink at a very fundamental level the involvement of government institutions in our most personal and private relationships,
• representatives of those government institutions who are wrestling with policy choices at a time of sweeping changes in the way we think about personal liberty and privacy, and
• anyone who is trying to figure out the kind of committed personal relationship or relationships they want to have, given a menu with an increasing number of options.
